Does AA ever commit directly to main?
Never. AA only opens pull requests. Your branch protections, required reviewers, and CODEOWNERS rules stay in charge.
What if AA's CI fails?
AA waits for CI. If tests fail, the PR is flagged as blocked and you're notified. It doesn't auto-merge a red build.
What data does AA store?
Task metadata, PR URLs, and cost accounting. Code is cloned in an ephemeral environment and deleted after each run.
Can I see what AA changed before it opens a PR?
Yes — AA always opens a draft PR first. You see the full diff, CI results, and a reasoning document before deciding.
How does billing work?
